- Welcome to Tien Law Group website. We have been providing legal services in Florida's Tampa Bay area
since 1998. Our firm represents clients in Hillsborough County (Tampa), Pinellas County (Clearwater / St.
Petersburg), Pasco County (New Port Richey and Dade City), and Hernando County (Brooksville),

- FAMILY LAW - Divorces, Adoption, Paternity, Domestic Violence, Grandparent Visitation and Custody
matters. Florida Statutes Chapter 61, 63, 741, 742, 751 and 752.
JUVENILE LAW - Dependency, Florida Department of Children and Family cases, termination of parental
rights, shelter hearings, Interstate Compact for Placement of Children (ICPC), adoptions, grandparents or
relative placement, experienced with Indian Child Welfare Act standards (25 U.S.C. 1901), negotiation of
case plan tasks, criminal delinquency, negotiation for arbitration, Teen-Court participation, and/or Walker
plea-plans, Unified Family Court proceedings, all cases relating to Florida Statutes Chapter 39.
APPELLATE PRACTICE - Family law and juvenile dependency appeals and writs. Appeals for
termination of parental rights and dependency adjudications, dissolution of marriage, custody and child
support appellate issues.
CORPORATE LAW - Establishment of corporation, fictitious name registration, preparation of Articles of
Incorporation, Bylaw and Shareholder Agreements, review of franchise agreements, service/employment
agreements, no-compete agreements, negotiation and revision of commercial lease agreements, and buy-
sell agreements.
LANDLORD AND TENANT - Evictions, defenses, lease preparation and review.
